The Quest for Wellbeing
Jocelyn J Murray is a registered natural health practitioner. Jocelyn’s quest for wellbeing and good food began 34 years ago. Her dietary path, often tumultuous, began with throwing sugar and white bread out of the pantry. High-stress jobs, out-of-control weight, irritated bowel syndrome and adrenal fatigue meant she needed to step up to new heights to maintain good health for the rest of her life.
Jocelyn explored diets which incorporated more vegetables. She began growing her own herbs and vegetables to ensure her family ate spray free, ate less meat, ate no packaged products, removed commercial breads and dairy from their diet, reduced wine and coffee and got moving. She transformed her body and lost 22 kilograms over 15 months.
Jocelyn became a registered natural health practitioner by becoming a certified functional nutrition consultant with the Nutrition Academy, established by Cyndi O’Meara from Changing Habit. Her studies included the gut microbiome.https://www.groweatheal.co.nz
