The herbs for 2024 are Yarrow Achillea (the international herb of the year), California Poppy, Rongoa NZ Cabbage tree Cordyline species, and Salad Burnet.

The Herb Federation of New Zealand represents a large number of herb societies and individual members throughout New Zealand. This Herb Awareness Month is a significant opportunity to educate the general public on the many aspects of herbs.
