Informal Groups

The Herb Federation is pleased to welcome a new classification of herb
groups - informal groups. These are groups of people who have a keen
desire to learn about herbs but with no formal structure to the group.
Without a committee or membership subscription, they are not affiliated
with HFNZ in the same way our traditional Herb Societies are, nor do
they get the benefits. Instead they operate as a casual gathering of
like-minded people to enjoy a workshop or outing, to extend their
knowledge about herbs, and to socialise. It is a great way to start a
Herb Group in your area and connect with other locals who share your
interest in herbs. Although the groups are not members of HFNZ, we want
to support them by listing the groups on our webpage and in Herb News.
At least one member must also be an individual member of HFNZ and agree
to be their contact

If you are part of such a group and would like your details listed on our website please contact our website editor through
